Across Asia, Dowa Thermotech’s comprehensive furnace manufacturing facility is spread over a 75,000 SqFt area. They are designed to conceptualize and build advanced atmospheric heat treatment furnaces. The Commercial Heat Treatment Divisions, located at the industrial clusters of India, command a total area of 598,950 SqFt. Our customer base includes large multinationals such as Timken, SKF, TATA Motors, Bosch among others.

Presently, Dowa Thermotech is involved in the development of new technologies like the Small Continuous Type Furnace (S-TKM) with three times the productivity of earlier batch type furnaces in the same space and a continuous type furnace that meets customer needs for high quality.
We have recently launched a number of new products, including a Continuous Type Nitriding Furnace for continuous variable transmission (CVT) parts and a series of new-type carburizing furnaces that offers a reduced environmental impact and energy conservation.
